Our team manages customer service directly, while our partner in Nantes — with whom we’ve been collaborating for over 15 years — prepares and ships your orders.
We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. To prioritize quality and careful preparation of each package, delivery times may occasionally be slightly longer during busy periods.
