Returns and Exchanges

You have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date you receive your order. You can return the item within this period, making sure to include your contact details and order number.

The products must be returned in the same condition as when they were received by the customer. No returns will be accepted if the product has been worn, washed, damaged or contains animal hair.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the amount of the item to your credit card. Returned items must not have been worn and must be free of dirt and/or pet hair. If this is not the case, your return request will be denied.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] or use our return portal available in your customer account. You will then be asked to send the items back and place a new order on the site for the item you want. We proceed this way because we cannot guarantee by email that your desired item will be available on the day we process your return. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Despite the care we take in preparing your order, it is possible that a defect goes unnoticed or a mix-up occurs. You can report this error to us by email (attaching a photo), and we will provide you with a prepaid return label so you can send the defective item back. We will then send you a replacement item that matches your order.

Even when your return package is marked as “arrived” by the tracking service, we may need some time to process your return (on average 5 business days). Once the package has been checked, you will be notified by email and we will issue a refund if applicable.

Refunds are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days after the returns have been handled. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer for the refund to appear. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used to place the order (credit back to your credit card).
