We ship to many European countries and a few international destinations, as long as the service is reliable. If your country is supported, you will find the option in the dropdown menu when entering your address. If it is not listed, unfortunately we do not ship to your country.
We do not currently offer shipping to these destinations. Sorry.
If your package has not been delivered after approximately 10 business days, or if the tracking shows it as stuck during this period, please contact our customer service at [email protected]. We can then file a request with the shipping provider.
In the best-case scenario, the package will resume its journey a few days later and be delivered to the address you provided.
Otherwise, we will arrange a replacement shipment or a refund depending on the situation and stock availability. Please note that we must wait for the final confirmation from the carrier to make a decision on such cases; this may take an additional 15 to 20 days.
Unfortunately, the carrier may deliver to another nearby pick-up point for various reasons (pick-up point closed, overloaded, etc.). There is nothing we can do to have the package returned to the original pick-up point. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, it may have been delivered to someone else. Please click on the carrier’s tracking link to see who received the package. If you are listed as the delivery recipient but the package has not yet arrived, please contact our support team.
If the issue is due to a carrier error, we will resend the package free of charge. However, if you did not pick up the package, since the shipping and return costs are charged to us, we will send you a payment link for the reshipping fees so that you can receive your package.
NO, we use a third-party company to prepare the packages. They are not located in Clisson and do not have the possibility to receive you.
Regarding gift wrapping, sorry, we do not offer this service. Don’t worry about the invoice — it is not included in the package. It remains available in your customer account.
